Do guests have to download an app?+
No. Galapop runs in the mobile browser. A QR scan opens the camera in seconds — no app store, no permissions friction.
How long does a clip take to render?+
Typically between 2-4 minutes, depending on effect and load. Your guests get a notification on their phone the moment it's ready, so they can download and share.
Can I control what goes on the live wall?+
Yes! You can either approve by default and filter as needed, or manually approve each clip.
Can we customize the video effects?+
Yes! Brief us 3–4 weeks out and we can build bespoke effects to suit your event/brand/sponsors.
What infrastructure does the live wall need?+
A laptop, a projector, and Wi-Fi. The wall is a custom URL — open it in a browser and project it onto your screen.
